User Portal authentication
Following the reinforcement of cybersecurity measures at the ESRF, it is compulsory to set up two-factor authentication (one-time password or "OTP") on your ESRF account to be able to access the User Portal.
Please follow the instructions for setting up OTP.
I am new to the portal: Create a new account.
I need to reset my password: Request a password reset.
I need further assistance: Please contact the User Office or the BDO (for industrial clients).
Important Note: According to the General Data Protection Regulation, all portal users must consent to the User Portal Privacy Statement. Users may deactivate their portal account at any time, and accounts are automatically deactivated after 3 years of non-activity. To reactivate an account, please contact the User Office or the BDO (for industrial clients).
